Here it is: your Waist-Hip-Ratio is one of the key indicators of both your current health, AND your future health. Yep. Your WHR is a like a magic ball predicting your future.

It’s been conclusively linked to your risk of developing diabetes, hypertension, complications from trauma, death from heart failure, and even chronic kidney disease. Yikes!

Here’s the good news: you can easily monitor this key health marker yourself!

Here’s how:

  1. Measure your waist at the smallest point (but no holding your breath!)
  2. Measure your hips at the widest point.
  3. Divide your waist measurement by your hip measurement. (Ex: 26″/36″ = .72)
